COURSE OBJECTIVES
International Business Law is one of most important courses for ACC and MAN. There are the following primary course objectives:
1. To know about the commercial law of two legal systems in the world.
2. To know about international conventions and trade practice of international economy and trade.
3. To understand and grasp the basic knowledge of international business law, including but not limited to the following:
Law of Business Organization;
Law of Agency；
Contract Law；
CISG；
International Investment Law；
Social Responsibility and Business Ethics；
Resolution of International Business Disputes。
And so on.

Book: International Business Law, by Xuesen Zhang, Fudan University Press.
Course Packet (required): Syllabus; Class Slides; Cases; Case Instructions & Questions.
CASE STUDY PREPARATION
This course uses cases as an important tool for better learning and understanding International Business Law. To be effective to understand all cases, which requires you to prepare carefully before class (read the case according to the case instructions and questions) and participate fully in class.
